3. Our Offerings

4. Service Commitments

We deliver according to agreed scopes and schedules. Any significant changes will be communicated and may require schedule adjustment.

5. Digital Product Access

Upon purchase of digital materials, you receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable access license valid for the specified period. You may download and view content for internal use only.

6. Refund Policy

Refund terms differ by offering type:

• Professional Services: Requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted within 14 days of engagement start. If no substantive work has begun beyond initial review, a full refund is issued via the original transaction method. Should you wish, you may transfer your engagement to another date or project at no extra fee. If tailored research or third-party coordination has commenced, no refund is available due to resource allocation.
• Digital Products: We offer a 30-day review period. If you are unsatisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will revoke access and issue a full refund via the original transaction method.
• Goods: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon inspection and approval, a refund is issued via the original transaction method.

Refund requests are generally processed within seven business days. To initiate, use our contact form.

7. Transfer Policy

If you cannot proceed on the scheduled date for a professional engagement, you may request one reschedule at no extra charge by notifying us at least 7 days in advance. Unused portions of digital access may be paused upon request.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consulting packages and bespoke assignments require upfront commitment and allocation of specialized staff. These offerings are non-refundable once confirmed. By selecting these services, you acknowledge that deliverables are reserved exclusively for your engagement and cannot be repurposed.

9. Modifications to Terms

TaxonaBiz reserves the right to update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict provisions.
